• Must attend school or reside in the State of Florida.
• Be no younger than 13, and no older than 18 on December 31, 2023.
  
• Must compete at Miss Florida's Outstanding Teen in June 2023 if chosen as winner, and compete at Miss America's Outstanding Teen if chosen as Miss Florida's Outstanding Teen 2023.
