Miss Jacksonville and Miss River City Requirements

• Either reside, attend school, or work in the State of Florida
• Be the ages of at least 19 and no older than 26 on December 21, 2023
• Must compete in Miss Florida 2023 if chosen, and Miss America 2024 if chosen as Miss Florida 2023
